Together with Dr. Wendy Silverman and Dr. Carla Marin at the Yale Child Study Center, Ker-twang designed an out-of-session, digital intervention to target parental behaviors that can reduce children’s anxiety.
We conducted design research to better understand the target audience for the pilot — Hispanic mothers — and engaged a brilliant social media influencer, Marcela Collier, to create brief, compelling, carefully-crafted behavior change videos and exercises to reinforce target skills.
The entire intervention is designed to be distributed and engaged with over SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or whatever the participant’s medium of choice.
